1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Data-Driven Business Quality® (DBQ), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Data-Driven Business Quality® provides business consulting services including but not limited to:
- Company analysis and assessment
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Team building and leadership development
- System development and optimization
- Risk management consulting
- Growth strategy development
3. Service Agreement
All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement between DBQ and the client. The terms of this website do not constitute a binding service agreement unless specifically referenced in a signed contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate fully with DBQ consultants
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
- Pay all fees according to agreed terms
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, tools, and proprietary knowledge developed by DBQ remain the exclusive property of Data-Driven Business Quality®. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit written permission.
6. Confidentiality
DBQ maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
DBQ's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Business results depend on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client implementation.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. DBQ reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of contract, non-payment, or unethical behavior.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. The arbitration will be conducted in Makati City, Philippines.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Makati City.
12. Changes to Terms
DBQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
